These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Umzug Ruck Zuck M\u00fcnchen in the areas of moving, furniture transport, clearing out, packing services, and supplementary services.<\/p>

By placing an order, the following terms and conditions are considered agreed upon.<\/p>

Scope<\/h2>

These terms and conditions apply to:<\/p>

  • Domestic moves<\/li>
  • Business Relocations<\/li>
  • Furniture moving<\/li>
  • Clean-outs<\/li>
  • Packaging and assembly services<\/li>
  • Moving-related benefits<\/li><\/ul>

    Deviating agreements require written confirmation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    2. Offer & Contract Conclusion<\/h2>

    Our offers are non-binding unless expressly agreed otherwise.<\/p>

    A contract is formed by:<\/p>

    • written confirmation,<\/li>
    • Acceptance of an offer,<\/li>
    • Appointment scheduling,<\/li>
    • or commencement of the agreed service.<\/li><\/ul>

      All information regarding prices, times, and volume is based on the customer's input.<\/p>

      3. Prices & Terms of Payment<\/h2>

      All prices include statutory value-added tax, unless otherwise stated.<\/p>

      Additional costs may arise in the following cases:<\/p>

      • long run-up times,<\/li>
      • missing elevator,<\/li>
      • heavy or bulky furniture,<\/li>
      • additional stops,<\/li>
      • unspecified additional effort,<\/li>
      • Waiting times or delays.<\/li><\/ul>

        Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due immediately upon completion of services.<\/p>

        Accepted payment methods:<\/p>

        • Cash payment<\/li>
        • Transfer<\/li>
        • Agreed digital payment methods<\/li><\/ul>

          4. Scope of Services<\/h2>

          The scope of services depends on the agreed-upon offer.<\/p>

          Additional services can be arranged on-site, including:<\/p>

          • Assembly & Disassembly<\/li>
          • Packservice<\/li>
          • Packing materials<\/li>
          • No parking zone<\/li>
          • Disposal<\/li><\/ul>

            Unagreed-upon additional services will be charged separately.<\/p>

            5. Customer's Duty to Cooperate<\/h2>

            The customer is obligated to:<\/p>

            • to provide accurate information about the moving goods,<\/li>
            • Ensuring access and entrances,<\/li>
            • label fragile items separately,<\/li>
            • provide the necessary permits in a timely manner.<\/li><\/ul>

              The customer is responsible for:<\/p>

              • Cash,<\/li>
              • Jewelry,<\/li>
              • Documents,<\/li>
              • Disk drive,<\/li>
              • personal valuables.<\/li><\/ul>

                These should generally be transported by yourself.<\/p>

                6. Liability & Insurance<\/h2>

                Liability is governed by the statutory provisions of the German Commercial Code (HGB).<\/p>

                Statutory liability is limited to:<\/p>

                • \u20ac620 per cubic meter of loading volume.<\/li><\/ul>

                  Among other things, liability is excluded for:<\/p>

                  • inadequately packaged items,<\/li>
                  • Damages due to force majeure,<\/li>
                  • Plants,<\/li>
                  • perishable goods,<\/li>
                  • Customer's own packaging.<\/li><\/ul>

                    Additional transport insurance can be arranged individually.<\/p>

                    7. Terms & Delays<\/h2>

                    Appointments are valid taking into account normal traffic and weather conditions.<\/p>

                    Delays may occur due to:<\/p>

                    • Traffic,<\/li>
                    • Weather,<\/li>
                    • missing fastening options,<\/li>
                    • unannounced additional work,<\/li>
                    • regulatory restrictions.<\/li><\/ul>

                      In such cases, there is no claim for damages unless gross negligence is involved.<\/p>

                      8. Withdrawal & Cancellation<\/h2>

                      A cancellation must be made in writing.<\/p>

                      Costs already incurred or services reserved can be invoiced, especially in the case of:<\/p>

                      • short-notice cancellations,<\/li>
                      • reserved no-stopping zones,<\/li>
                      • already booked additional services.<\/li><\/ul>

                        9. Data Privacy<\/h2>

                        Personal data is processed exclusively within the scope of statutory data protection regulations.<\/p>

                        10. Final Provisions<\/h2>

                        If individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.<\/p>
